The Process

Step 1: Make Contact!

Simply contact us with your project requirements, the more details you can give, the better. If you can attach an image of the space and write the approximate dimensions in the message along with a description of the work, we should be able to give you an estimate from there. You can even attach an example picture of something similar you've seen if you wish.

Step 2: Providing an Estimate

We'll put together an estimate based on the information you've sent and arrange to book a call with you just to make sure we've fully understood the brief and discuss potential materials and finishes.

Step 3: Site Survey & Design

After agreement on the outline design and price we'll take a 20% deposit to secure your place in the queue and book in a survey visit from which we can produce a CAD visual for your approval.

Step 4: Manufacturing

Once the design has been agreed and signed off we will take a second downpayment of 50%, schedule an approximate installation date and place orders for the materials. Once all the materials have arrived we'll start to manufacture your project and schedule an exact install date closer to the time.

Step 5: Installation

We will confirm the day and arrival time (usually 8am) within the week prior.  You must clear the room of furniture as much as possible to provide ample workspace; and remove anything fragile from the room itself, and the route through, including pictures from walls and fragile light fittings. We will lay down dust sheets, and use dust extraction for trims that will be made on a workbench set up within the room.  The Installation time will depend on the size of the project and distance to the room however most work is completed in the workshop prior to installation to minimise the work carried out in your home and speed up the install.
